Andrea Carmona Ramos

Andrea Carmona Ramos has held a variety of roles in the human resources and psychology fields since 2015. In 2015, they were a Becaria de Recursos Humanos at Nielsen and a Coordinadora at Vivanta Condesa Real Estate & Furnished Apartments. In 2016, they were a Practicante de Desarrollo Humano at HOTEL CAMINO REAL. In 2017, they were a Jr HR Clerk at Lufthansa, where they provided HR services to LSG Sky Chefs, a subsidiary of Grupo Lufthansa. From 2018-2019, they were a Terapeuta at Atención a la Salud Integral ASI. Since 2019, they have been a Psicólogo at Consultorio Psicológico privado. In 2021, they joined LaPieza as a Headhunting Manager and Pre-screening Manager, and in 2023, they took on the role of Headhunter. In their roles at LaPieza, they have worked with the IT, Product, and MKT teams to implement AI improvements, monitored the quality of product and profiles recommended to clients, and tested with headhunters.

Andrea Carmona Ramos completed their Preparatoria at Centro Universitario Mèxico in 2012, followed by a Student Exchange at ILAC International College in 2013. Andrea then obtained a Licenciatura in Administración de empresas turísticas from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in 2017, and a Licenciatura in Psicología clínica from Universidad Intercontinental in 2019.
