Previously, Tim served as Senior Vice President and Director of the PNC Leadership Institute from 2013 to 2015, where the advancement of leadership development for 8,500 leaders was a key focus. Tim’s extensive career includes roles such as Senior Vice President in Learning Operations at PNC, and prior positions at National City Bank, Key Bank, and BNY Mellon, highlighting expertise in leadership development, cash management operations, and change management within human resources. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, earned in 1983.
