Peter Moraitis

Peter Moraitis is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Lapointe Rosenstein Marchand Melançon, one of Quebec's leading independent law firms, since November 2014, with a focus on insurance law. Previously, Peter held multiple roles, including Legal Counsel and Officiating Coordinator at Hockey Québec, honing expertise in sports law and contract negotiations. Earlier experience includes litigation and civil liability work at Hydro-Québec, as well as an internship at the World Anti-Doping Agency, focusing on code compliance. Peter began legal training as an articling student in various practice areas, including regulatory and labour law, after earning a B.C.L. and LL.B. from McGill University and completing the professional training course for lawyers at the École du Barreau du Québec.
