Dr. Susanne Krichel

Dr. Susanne Krichel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dr. Susanne currently holds the position of Head of Innovation and Advanced Technology at Lapp Group since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager for Business Development IoT at Lapp Holding AG from July 2019 to December 2021. Dr. Susanne has also worked at Festo in various roles including Head of Portfolio Business Opportunities, Portfolio Manager for Future Concepts/Innovations, and Research Engineer from 2012 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they were a Scientific Assistant at the Institute für System Dynamics, University of Stuttgart from 2009 to 2012, and a Student Trainee at Robert Bosch GmbH, Avago Technologies, and Agilent Technologies Deutschland GmbH from 2004 to 2008.

Dr. Susanne Krichel completed their high school education at Helfenstein Gymnasium from 1994 to 2002. Dr. Susanne then attended the University of Cooperative Education from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a degree as a Business Informatics Assistant. Dr. Krichel continued their studies at the University of Stuttgart from 2004 to 2008 and received a Diploma in Technical Cybernetics. Dr. Susanne further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Doctor of Engineering degree in Technical Cybernetics from 2009 to 2012.
