Riaz Mohammad

Riaz Mohammad has extensive work experience in the field of electrical connectors and related products. Riaz is currently the Head of Business Unit - Ölflex Connect North America at LAPP USA since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Product Manager at LAPP USA from January 2021 to November 2022. Before joining LAPP USA, Riaz worked at HARTING NA as a Product and Applications Manager from October 2019 to November 2020. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Product Line Manager at maximatecc. Riaz also worked at Phoenix Contact as a Group Leader and Product Manager from October 2011 to June 2016. Prior to that, they were a Business Development Manager at Souriau from 2006 to 2011 and a Product Manager at Souriau from 2002 to 2005. Riaz began their career as a Senior Development Engineer at FCI/Souriau from November 1996 to April 2002. Riaz started their professional journey as a Design Engineer at Amphenol Aerospace from August 1994 to November 1996.

Riaz Mohammad has a Product Marketing Certificate from Cornell University. Riaz also has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. In addition, they have completed doctoral coursework in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
