Troy Mann is an experienced executive in pension administration and financial management, currently serving as President and CEO of the Local Authorities Pension Plan since June 2023. Previously, Troy held the position of Vice President, Pensions Services at Alberta Pensions Services Corporation from May 2018 to June 2023, where strategic direction was provided to a team managing services for over 370,000 plan members. Prior to this, Troy served as Chief Pensions and Benefits Officer at Vestcor, and also held various roles within the Government of New Brunswick for 14 years, including Assistant Deputy Minister for the Pensions and Employee Benefits Division. Troy's career began at BMO Financial Group as a Commercial Account Manager. Troy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Saint Mary's University and is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
