Rodrigo Alvez

Rodrigo Alvez has a long history of work experience. Rodrigo was a Co-Founder & CTO of Lapsi Health in 2022, a Co-Founder of Doctari Latam in 2017, a Member of the Alumni Advisory Board at Universidad de Montevideo in 2021, a Manager at Accenture Interactive in 2020, a Consultant and Business Analyst at Accenture from 2013 to 2020, an Independent Engineer in Telematics from 2012 to 2013, a Professor at Universidad de Montevideo from 2012 to 2013, and an Engineer at Telefax from 2008 to 2012. During their time as a Business Analyst at Accenture, they were responsible for designing and optimizing business processes and workflows used by contact center agents, as well as designing and documenting backend systems integrations between different CSPs and Vendor hosted solutions. As a Project Manager, they were responsible for monitoring and controlling web and mobile application projects for an Online Channel of a Telecommunications company, controlling vendor management for the Online Channel IT, and reporting and presenting the progress of projects to Information Technology and Customer Directors. As an Independent Engineer in Telematics, they were responsible for software development and consulting for telemedicine systems, developing mobile applications for Android and iOS, and consulting in corporate telephony and Genesys contact centers. At Telefax, they were responsible for software development with applications in telecommunications, such as IVRs, Call Centers, and Contact Centers, installation and configuration of Genesys SIP Server for IP telephony, and designing solutions for corporate telephony and contact centers.

Rodrigo Alvez has a diverse educational background. Rodrigo obtained their Ingeniero Telemático from Universidad de Montevideo between 2006 and 2012. Rodrigo then obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez between 2017 and 2019. Most recently, they completed the Data Driven Consulting (DDC) Virtual Program from Kellogg Executive Education in 2020. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications: Transformación Digital del Sector Salud from Columbia Business School in 2022, AI in Healthcare Specialization from Coursera in 2021, ExO Foundations from OpenExO in 2020, and Genesys SIP Server System Consultant from Genesys in 2012.
