Jessica Vance is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in construction and facilities management. Currently serving as the Project Manager for Facilities at Ross Video since May 2023, Jessica previously held multiple roles at Lar-Mex Inc, including Pre-Construction Administration Manager and Project Manager. Jessica's expertise extends to analysis and preparation of complex construction claims, as demonstrated during tenure as a Construction Claims Analyst at OLRT Constructors. Jessica's experience includes coordination of project execution, document control processes, and comprehensive project management in both new construction and modernization projects at thyssenkrupp Elevator. Jessica holds a degree in Project Management Essentials from Algonquin College, completed in June 2022.
