Casey P. Ruch has over 10 years of experience in the field of human services. In 2009, they began their career as a Teaching Assistant at Butterfield Elementary School in District 70. That same year, they also worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Carollo. In 2012, Ruch worked as a Student Clinician at Marquette University Speech and Hearing Clinic (MUSHC) and as a Respite Care Provider at United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Dane County. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Program Instructor II at The Center for Enriched Living and as a Lead Educational Behavioral Support Professional at Laradon. In 2019, they started working as a Special Education: Transitions Job Coach at Adams 12 Five Star Schools, and in 2021, they began working as a Therapeutic Care Specialist at Equinox Counseling and Wellness Center. Most recently, in 2022, Ruch became a Clinician at Tennyson Center for Children.

Casey P. Ruch has a diverse educational background. They began their educational journey at Libertyville High School, where they graduated in 2009. They then attended Marquette University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology in 2013. After that, they attended Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (TEDS), where they earned a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling in 2016.
