Christin Frasier

Christin Frasier has been working in the field of adult programs since 1995. Christin began their career at Laradon as a Certified Employment Services Coordinator, where they assisted physically and developmentally disabled individuals in becoming more independent by assisting them to obtain and maintain employment. In 2008, they were promoted to Placement Manager at Laradon, where they were responsible for reviewing all referrals for enrollment, scheduling meet and greets, tours, trials and admissions, and setting up new host home providers. Christin then moved into the role of Assistant Director, overseeing the day-to-day operations of seven individual programs, supervising five program managers, the transportation coordinator, and 32 direct care professionals. In their most recent role at Laradon, they served as the Interim Director of Day Habilitation Services, responsible for DHS in preparation of budgets, correspondence and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), as well as policy writing and implementation.

Christin Frasier obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, General from Colorado Mesa University between 1987 and 1993. In 1998, they received a Certified Para-Professional certification from the University of Colorado Denver. Additionally, they hold a Certified Employment Consultant -Colorado certification and a Certified LRA Level 1 Investigator certification.
