Chris Winchester

Chris Winchester has a diverse and extensive work history. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Development at Laramar Group since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Greystar as the Director of Development from January 2019 to September 2021. From July 2018 to January 2019, they served as the Vice President of Development at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC. Before that, they held various roles at the same company, including Development Associate from January 2017 to June 2018 and Development Analyst from June 2015 to December 2016. Chris also has experience as a Development Intern at Wood Partners from May 2014 to May 2015. Additionally, they have a background in construction, having worked as a Project Manager, Estimator, Superintendent, and Project Engineer at Roche Constructors, Inc from August 2008 to July 2013. Lastly, they served as a Senior Airman in the Air National Guard from May 2003 to May 2009.

Chris Winchester earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from Northern Arizona University, which they attended from 2003 to 2008. Later on, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Real Estate and Finance at the University of Colorado Boulder. Chris successfully completed the program from 2013 to 2015.
