Laramie County Library System
Robert Miller currently serves as the Facilities Assistant Superintendent at Laramie County Library System, overseeing daily operations of the facility and grounds since October 2022. In addition to this role, Robert has been a Small Business Owner at MRJC Ventures LLC since September 2003, managing multiple rental units in the Cheyenne area and handling lease negotiations and rent collections. Prior experience includes serving as the Head Custodian for Laramie County School District #1 from September 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included maintaining a sanitary and safe environment and performing minor maintenance. Robert's military background includes various supervisory positions in the Wyoming Air National Guard from March 1981 to March 2019, specifically in aircraft fabrication and inspection, as well as fuel system repair. Educationally, Robert achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration from Park University and holds an Associate's degree from Laramie County Community College.
