Laramie County Library System
Victor Miller has been a Facilities Technician at Laramie County Library System since August 2017. In addition to this role, Victor Miller serves as the President of Brad Pierce since January 2016 and is a Co-Founder of Trash Tigers, ongoing since 2001. Previously, Victor Miller held the position of Vice President at Wyoming Debate Initiative from January 2017 to August 2017. Victor Miller is an alumnus of the University of Wyoming, where studies were completed from 2001 to 2006.
