Kyle McKinney

Kyle McKinney has over two decades of experience in Information Technology, currently serving as the Executive Director of Technology at Laramie County School District #1 since April 2003. Responsibilities include leading IT processes, managing an annual budget of up to $2 million, and addressing the enterprise data system needs for Wyoming’s largest school district. Previous roles include Information Systems Program Administrator and Information Systems Technician, where Kyle designed and implemented new databases and trained team members in their use. Prior to joining the school district, Kyle worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Quark, providing customer support for QuarkXPress software. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business - IT Management from Western Governors University and studies at Mid-Plains Community College.
