Nuno Maduro

Nuno Maduro is a seasoned Software Engineer with a strong affiliation to the Laravel community, serving as a core team member since July 2020, where contributions include the development and maintenance of key Laravel projects utilized by global companies such as The New York Times and Disney. Nuno is also an accomplished Public Speaker, sharing insights on open-source tools and PHP at various international events since December 2017. As an Open Source Developer since December 2013, Nuno has created numerous widely-used projects, including PEST, which is recognized as the second most popular PHP Testing Framework. Previous experience includes software engineering roles at Algolia and AlumnForce, and web development at MMCrespo. Nuno holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic of Leiria.
