Joan Winchester has extensive experience in leadership and pastoral care, currently serving as the Western Regional Leader for L'Arche USA since April 2015. Prior to this role, Joan held the position of Pastoral Associate at St. Charles Borromeo from August 1991 to April 2015. Joan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies and Communication from Marylhurst University, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
