L'Arche USA
Laura Giddings currently serves as the National Leader of L’Arche in the United States, a position held since February 2024, following a tenure as Executive Director and Community Leader at L'Arche Tahoma Hope from May 2015 to February 2024. With a diverse background, Laura has also worked at CHI Franciscan Health as a Franciscan Experience Coach, where responsibilities included coaching leaders and enhancing employee and patient experiences from October 2010 to May 2015. Earlier roles included Member Services Coordinator at Child Care Aware of Washington, where Laura managed significant contracts and led evaluation activities, and Resource Specialist II at Child Care Resources focused on guiding parents and child care providers. Laura's career began in product development and management at Thomson Reuters.
