Sharon Ryan

Sharon Ryan has extensive experience in leadership and development roles across various organizations, particularly within the L'Arche community. Serving as the Director of Member Development and Learning at L'Arche USA since June 2015, Sharon previously held the position of Finance and Operations Director at L'Arche Greater Washington, DC from 2012 to 2015. Other notable roles include Director of Administration at Jesuit Volunteer Corps, and various positions at Jesuit Volunteer Corps: East, Hospice of the Chesapeake, St. Frances Academy, and L'Arche Belfast, showcasing a strong background in operations, finance, and counseling. Sharon holds an MS in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University Maryland and a BA in Mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross.
