Larissa De Luca is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background in change management, culture transformation, and organization development. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Change Management at Vibra since October 2024, Larissa previously held key roles at Pierre Fabre Group as Senior Human Resources Manager, overseeing talent management and diversity initiatives. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Nissan Motor Corporation, where Larissa directed talent management strategies and change initiatives across the Americas. Additional roles include Workforce Planning Specialist at Rio 2016 and policies management at Vale and Shell Brasil. Larissa holds an MBA in HR Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and advanced degrees in Jungian Psychology and Business Administration.
