Larendael is an innovative investment company that is committed to creating sustainable and distinctive projects from the ground up. With a focus on waterfront locations and a dedication to harnessing innovation, we constantly seek opportunities to scale and maximize our impact.

Led by our visionary founder, Wim Beelen, we strive to develop projects that make a positive contribution to society and the environment. At Larendael, Wim's vision is to stimulate and nurture the open-mindedness of the younger generation, while working on projects that inspire and energize him. His passion for building projects from scratch and turning them into something beautiful and unique is evident in our flagship project, CTPark Amsterdam City Hub, the sustainable last mile concept - the first multi-storey XXL logistics city hub in Amsterdam, as well as in our new cutting-edge shipyard campus project Dutch Superyacht Tech Campus at the unique and strategic location of the former ADM shipyard in Amsterdam.

We take pride in being a forward-thinking company that is committed to making a difference in the world. Our projects are not just about creating a physical space, but also about creating a memorable experience that resonates with our clients and partners.

At Larendael, we are driven by our passion for innovation, sustainability, and creating lasting legacies. We invite you to join us on our journey as we shape the future of sustainable development and leave a meaningful imprint on the world.
