Kat Bailey is an accomplished journalist and editor with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Starting as an Associate Editor at GamePro, responsibilities included planning coverage and contributing multimedia content. As a Senior Editor at USgamer, Kat led features and podcasting initiatives, eventually becoming Editor In Chief, where the focus was on increasing site traffic and developing long-term strategy. Following roles at IGN as Senior Editor and News Director allowed for oversight of global news coverage and strategic editorial direction. An Independent Contributor from 2011 to 2014, Kat freelanced for various companies, including Wired and IGN. Currently, Kat serves as the Storytelling Lead at Larian Studios.
