Navleen Kaur Lakhi is an experienced storyteller currently with RoundGlass Foundation since November 2018. Previous roles include freelance features writer for Film Companion and The Quint, as well as journalist for CNN-News18, where reporting focused on the North region. Additional experience includes features editor at Urban Melange and features writer for HT Media Ltd, producing content for various publications such as Brunch, HT City, and Sunday Magazine. Navleen's career began with internships at Dainik Bhaskar and 94.3 MY FM, following a solid educational background in Mass Communication and Film Appreciation from esteemed institutions.

We started in 2018 with the intent to bring back holistic wellbeing to Punjab through our programs spread over Environment & Sustainability, Youth Development, and Women’s Empowerment. Soon we realised that our models of change could be applied to any geography of the world.
