Lesli Ellis

Lesli Ellis is a highly experienced individual who has held various roles in the field of community planning and development. Lesli has worked at Larimer County as the Community Planning, Infrastructure, and Resources Director and Community Development Director. Previously, Lesli worked at the City of Boulder as the Comprehensive Planning Manager. Lesli also has experience working at AECOM Design + Planning, North Front Range MPO, Clarion Associates, Santa Fe County New Mexico, and EDAW in roles such as Planner, Senior Environmental Planner, Principal, and Landscape Planner. Lesli holds a Master of Landscape Architecture and Master of Urban Planning from the University of Washington, as well as a Bachelor of Environmental Design with honors from the University of Colorado Boulder.
