Shweta Raman

Shweta Raman has extensive work experience in various leadership roles and project management positions. Shweta is currently working as the Senior Director of Technology Operations at Lark Health since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Rally Health from 2015 to 2021, starting as a Sr. Project Manager before progressing to roles such as Program Manager and Sr. Manager of Project Management. Shweta also worked at Coupons.com as a Technical Project Manager and Lead of Internal Systems and Support from 2009 to 2015. Before that, they held the position of Manager of Business Process and Applications at Aditya Birla Retail Ltd from 2006 to 2008, and worked as a Retail Operations Manager at Shoppers Stop Ltd from 2004 to 2006.

Shweta Raman holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Mumbai, as well as a Bachelor's in Management Studies (B.M.S) degree in Marketing from the same institution. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2014, Search Engine Marketing from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension in 2011, and is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Shweta has additional certifications in DevOps Overview from ITSM Academy and ICP-PPM from ICAgile.
