Nikola Jasprica has a diverse range of work experience. Nikola began their career as a Reservations Sales Agent at The Broadmoor in 2004. Nikola then worked as a Restaurant Manager at Sun Corporation from 2007 to 2008. Moving on, Nikola gained experience in the hospitality industry, working as an Assistant Front Office Manager and Guest Services Manager at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts from 2009 to 2011. Nikola then took on the role of Assistant Director of Guest Services at the same company from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they joined AMLAK Holding as a Front Office Manager from 2014 to 2015. Nikola's most recent role has been at Lark Hotels, where they started as the General Manager from 2015 to 2016. Nikola then progressed to become the Group Director of Revenue Management from 2017 to 2023. Presently, they hold the position of Vice President of Revenue Management at Lark Hotels as of July 2023. In this role, they have been responsible for overall revenue management and strategy, implementing operations and procedures, identifying revenue opportunities, and optimizing distribution partnerships.

Nikola Jasprica obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality and Service Management from RIT Croatia, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Nikola then pursued a Hotel Revenue Management Certificate from Cornell University, completing the program in 2018. Prior to their college education, Nikola also earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the International Baccalaureate program, which they attended from 1999 to 2001.
