Meredith Holmes

Meredith Holmes, MSW, MSCP, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in counseling and case management for homeless and at-risk youth. Currently serving as a Residential Counselor and Case Manager at Larkin Street Youth Services since February 2012, Meredith provides support to young people in various programs including transitional living and permanent housing. Previous roles include Case Manager for LGBTQIA+ youth and Executive Assistant supporting leadership. Meredith completed psychology traineeships at the San Francisco VA Medical Center, Medical Hill Healthcare Center, and the Homeless Prenatal Program, specializing in trauma-informed care. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Psychology from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University. Additional studies include a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts and African American Studies from Oberlin College and ongoing training in violin performance.
