Analisa Villalaz de Laffitte has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Analisa started their career at Popular in 1991 as a Management Trainee and worked there until 1994. Analisa then joined Banco Internacional de Panama, where they served in the role of Planificacion Estrategica from 1994 to 1998. In 1998, Analisa founded LARM Group and became its Country Director. Additionally, they worked as the Relocation Director at Canal Movers & Logistics Corp. starting from 2001. Finally, they took on the position of Director at Panama Furniture Rentals in 2003.

Analisa Villalaz de Laffitte, GMS began their education at Hood College in 1986 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Financial Management in 1990. In 1988, they briefly attended the University of Strasbourg to study Business Administration and Management. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Bayamon, although the specific dates of their enrollment are unknown.
