Alanna Conant

Alanna Conant has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Alanna is currently the Director of HR Operations at Laronde since January 2023. Before that, they worked at Invicro as the Director of Human Resources from October 2021 to December 2022, and as the Senior HR Manager, Corporate from May 2021 to October 2021. Prior to Invicro, they were the Director of People Operations at Tripleseat from January 2019 to April 2021. From February 2016 to January 2019, they held the position of Senior Manager, Talent Operations at Invicro, LLC. Alanna has also worked at Extreme Reach as an HR Generalist from April 2014 to February 2016, and as an HR Coordinator from June 2012 to April 2014. Additionally, they gained experience as a Recruiter at The Judge Group from May 2011 to June 2012, and as a Daycare provider at Town Sports International from September 2009 to June 2012. Alanna started their career as a Sr. Human Resources Assistant and Corporate Human Resources Intern at Liberty Mutual Insurance from October 2010 to May 2011 and from April 2010 to October 2010, respectively. In their early career, they worked as a Hostess at Wequassett Inn from 2006 to 2007.

Alanna Conant attended the University of Connecticut from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Allied Health.
