Audrey Colt, JD MBA, has over 18 years of professional experience in the legal field. Audrey currently serves as the Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Contracts at Laronde, where they manage all contract operations and works closely with executive and senior team leaders on various matters. Prior to this, they worked at Epizyme as the Associate Director of Contracts Counsel, where they provided senior contracts advisory support to a commercial BioPharma company. Audrey also held roles as Senior Manager of Contracts Counsel and Senior Manager of Contracts on a contract basis. Audrey has also worked at Shire as Counsel for Global Corporate Services, where they drafted, negotiated, and closed numerous domestic and international complex commercial agreements. Additionally, they worked at Visiant Health, Inc. as a Legal Counsel, handling complex commercial agreements and coordinating with business teams on commercial licensing, privacy, data security, and regulatory matters. Audrey began their career as an Attorney Consultant, offering contract negotiation and regulatory compliance advisory services to various law firms and companies.

Audrey Colt, JD MBA, has a diverse educational background in Law, International Relations, and International Business. Audrey obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Suffolk University Law School. Prior to pursuing their law degree, Audrey earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Boston University. Additionally, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School.

In terms of certifications, Audrey has obtained several credentials to further enhance their professional qualifications. Audrey obtained the "Mergers and Acquisitions Foundations" certification from LinkedIn in May 2018.
