Carl Duke

Carl Duke has substantial experience in the real estate industry. Carl most recently served as the Director of Commercial Development at Larry H. Miller Real Estate since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked for CITY CREEK RESERVE INC as a Senior Development Manager from January 2017 to November 2022. Carl also held roles at Property Reserve, Inc. as the Vice President - Transactions from October 2015 to January 2017 and at Suburban Land Reserve, Inc. as the Vice President and later as the Vice President of Portfolio Management from January 2006 to December 2015. In addition, they worked as an Associate at Wikstrom Economic and Planning Consultants from February 2003 to December 2005. Carl also has teaching experience, having served as an MRED Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah from May 2012 to September 2019.

Carl Duke has a Master's degree in City and Metropolitan Planning from the University of Utah College of Architecture + Planning, which they obtained from 2010 to 2019. Carl also has a JD in Real Estate from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, earned from 2002 to 2005. Furthermore, they hold an MBA from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, completed during the same time period. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in International Studies/Political Science and another BA in Russian from Brigham Young University, from 1996 to 2003.
