Andrew Frasure

Andy has been a part of Advanced Health Care from the inception of the company, for 20 years. As an administrator, Andrew opened the first two free-standing, post-acute transitional-rehab facilities in the country. He has directed the operations in Advanced Health Care as the company has grown to 23 transitional inpatient facilities in eight states and 11 home-health and hospice agencies. Andrew oversees operations that consistently achieve industry-leading quality metrics, patient outcomes, and customer satisfaction. Currently, Advanced Health Care delivers exceptional medical services to over 1,800 patients daily with approximately 3,000 employees providing this care.

Andy earned a bachelor’s degree from Utah State University. He enjoys hiking, golf, and coaching youth.

Andy has been married to his wife Shannivee since 1993. They reside in Kaysville, Utah, with their five beautiful children.
