Randy Rowley has extensive experience in various roles, primarily focusing on learning and performance development. Randy worked at Larry H. Miller Automotive as the Director of Learning and Performance, where they developed online curriculum and training aligned with company KPIs. Prior to that, they were a Program Manager at Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, responsible for implementing an LMS solution and bringing compliance training in-house. Randy also served as the Manager of Curriculum Development at PMI, where they created e-learning lessons and training materials used by thousands of students. Before entering the corporate world, Randy engaged in short-term projects centered around music and non-profit start-ups. Randy also worked as an Operations Manager at BuildingServe, where they systematized operations and played a strong business development role. Randy's early experience includes being a Regional Manager at SBM Management Services, where they managed facilities maintenance for technology campuses and built efficient teams.
Randy Rowley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Theory and History from the University of Washington in 1999. Randy then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Systems from City University of Seattle, completing their studies in 2001. In 2014, they achieved a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University.
