Divya Kataria-Mehta

Divya Kataria-Mehta is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Deputy General Manager - Legal at Larsen & Toubro since December 2017. Prior to this role, Divya worked as a Legal Counsel at Samsung for a brief period in 2015, providing legal and compliance services to the network division. With a robust background at JSW Group from 2010 to 2015, Divya handled various aspects of corporate law, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory affairs, and intellectual property rights. Earlier experience includes advising clients as an Associate at Trilegal, Nishith Desai Associates, and Titus & Co., focusing on strategic legal advice, capital markets, and intellectual property rights. Divya holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, completed in 2005.
