Maulik Naik

Maulik Naik is an accomplished professional in international business development within the oil and gas sector, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Larsen & Toubro since May 2022. With significant expertise in brownfield expansions, Naik manages lead generation, customer relationships, and bid management for major EPC projects, including refineries and LNG terminals. Prior to this role, Naik spent over a decade at L&T POWER, where as Manager, Naik led business development efforts that achieved a 65% success rate on multi-million-dollar proposals and significantly expanded international market presence. Earlier experience includes working as an Executive Engineer at L&T Technology Services, where Naik developed strategic partnerships and increased market share.
