Chris Anderson has a diverse work experience in the architecture field. Chris started their career as an Architectural Intern at Legat Architects in 1997 and worked there until 2000. Chris then joined Gilfillan Callahan Architects as a Project Manager from 2000 to 2006. Since 2006, they have been associated with Larson & Darby Group, initially as a Designer for 11 years and then as a Principal. Currently, they hold the position of President at Larson & Darby Group. Chris is also a registered Architect, NCARB certified, and LEED AP accredited.

Chris Anderson, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP completed their Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies (BSAS) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1991 to 1995. Chris then pursued a Master of Architecture (MArch) degree from Clemson University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1998. Chris has also obtained various certifications and licenses throughout their career. Chris is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), a LEED Accredited Professional certified by the United States Green Building Council, and holds architect licenses in the states of Oregon, Colorado, Rhode Island, Illinois, Connecticut, Iowa (Executive Branch), and South Carolina. Additionally, Chris has achieved the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards Certification (NCARB).
