Jenny Faletto

As Director of Finance, Jenny is responsible for evaluating the current finance and accounting processes of the firm and identifying potential solutions that will increase efficiencies. She identifies and helps report on key performance indicators and continues to improve the firm’s dashboard capabilities to communicate with the firm’s eleven owners and management team members. She also leads the firm’s effort in discovering innovative technology that can support the streamlining of the accounting functions, increasing timeliness and efficiency.
