David Roach

David Roach is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, administrative support, youth development, and sales. Currently serving as Associate Vice President and previously as Principal Recruitment Consultant and Senior Recruitment Consultant at Larson Maddox since August 2022, David has developed a strong expertise in recruitment. Prior to this role, David held positions at Boys & Girls Clubs of Lincoln/Lancaster County, where responsibilities included aiding junior high students with homework and fostering leadership skills, and at Brewsky's Food & Spirits as a food server. David's earlier roles include Retail Sales Associate at The Buckle, Inc., Concession Manager for the Doniphan Recreation Board, and Elementary Student Para at Doniphan-Trumbull Public School. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned in December 2021.
