Daniel Schneider

Advanced Development Engineer at Larson Manufacturing Company, Inc.

Daniel Schneider has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Daniel started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Johnson Space Center in 2012, where they gained valuable knowledge and worked on prototype design and fabrication for space vehicles. In 2013, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at NASA Idaho Space Grant Consortium. Daniel then joined Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) in 2014 and held various roles including Associate Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and eventually became the Lead Mechanical Engineer. At SEL, Daniel specialized in thermal and structural analysis of electronic components, mechanical PCB layout, and mechanical component design for industrially rated electronics. Currently, they work at Larson Manufacturing as an Advanced Development Engineer and also served as a Design Engineer.

Daniel Schneider obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho, completing their studies from 2011 to 2015.
