Shirin Akaks, PharmD, is an experienced clinical pharmacist currently serving at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital since September 2015, where responsibilities include participation in multidisciplinary rounds, dosing and monitoring of vancomycin, aminoglycosides, and TPN, as well as anticoagulation management and chemotherapy evaluation.
