Regina Kosiba RD, LD is an experienced dietitian specializing in bariatric surgery at Del Sol Medical Center since October 2018. With a background as a freelance culinary dietitian and chef since August 2012, Regina has developed recipes, served as a test kitchen chef, personal chef, food stylist, and cooking instructor. Previously, Regina worked as a registered dietitian at Select Specialty Acute Long Term Care from June 2014 to June 2017 and acted as an instructor at Helms College, teaching nutrition for food and culinary professionals. Regina also held the role of clinical dietitian at New York Foundling from October 2011 to June 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Georgia State University and a degree in Culinary Arts from the Institute of Culinary Education.
