Dyrell Foster

Dyrell Foster is the current president at Las Positas College. Dyrell was previously the vice president of student services at Moreno Valley College from December 2014 to February 2020. Prior to that, they were the dean of student affairs at Rio Hondo College from September 2011 to December 2014. Dyrell started their career in education as an associate dean of counseling at Mt. San Antonio College from June 2004 to August 2011.

Foster received a Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Southern California. They also have a Master of Science degree in Counseling: Higher Education from California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of California, Davis.
