Arnold Rodriguez is an experienced security management professional with a robust history in various leadership roles within the hospitality and military sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Security at Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority since September 2022, Arnold previously held the position of Security Professional at Resorts World Las Vegas and was the Security, Risk, and Safety Manager at Sahara Las Vegas, where responsibilities included developing health and safety plans in compliance with Nevada Revised Statutes and OSHA Guidelines. Arnold's experience also includes management roles at SLS Las Vegas and Plaza Hotel and Casino, where skills in team management, policy development, and training program creation were effectively demonstrated.
