David Cooper, CFM, CVP, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Engineering at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) since July 2005 and has held the position of Director of Facility Operations. In addition, David Cooper has been an Adjunct Professor at the UNLV William F. Harrah College of Hospitality since January 2019, focusing on Facility Management. David Cooper holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and completed the IAVM VMS/GI program from 2016 to 2018.
