Randy Shingleton

Randy Shingleton is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Facilities at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority since May 2019, Randy oversees Engineering and Client Services. Prior to this role, Randy was the Director of Facilities Operations at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, managing the Maintenance, Grounds, and Building Services for the campus. Additionally, Randy held the position of Director III of Facilities Maintenance & Operations at the Clark County School District, where oversight included more than 2,000 staff and a $140 million annual budget. Randy’s career also includes work as a Project Engineer at REECo and experience as a Captain in the United States Air Force. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
