Rico Ramirez, MS, CDR, CMVR, possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Diversity Recruiter at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority since February 2022, Rico has previously held key positions including Senior Recruiter at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Liaison for Talent Acquisition at Resorts World Las Vegas, and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Hakkasan Group. With a strong background in overseeing recruitment teams and managing employee engagement initiatives, Rico has contributed to numerous organizations by enhancing recruitment processes and improving employee morale. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and Business Management from Colorado State University Pueblo.
