Dan Radabaugh has a diverse background in the hospitality and entertainment industry, with extensive experience in ticketing operations and management. Dan is currently working as the Senior Director of Ticket Operations for F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Box Office Manager for Resorts World Theatre at AEG Presents, where they played a key role in the grand opening and managed daily box office operations. Dan also worked as the Ticket Office Manager for Park Theater at Park MGM, overseeing the ticket office operations for a large venue and coordinating with various stakeholders for event details. Before that, Dan was the Ticketing Manager for Las Vegas Village & Festival Grounds at MGM Resorts International, where they managed ticketing setup and operations for outdoor festival venues and supervised the Corporate Wholesale Team. Dan also gained experience as the Ticket Office/Showroom Supervisor for Cirque du Soleil's Michael Jackson ONE theatre at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. Additionally, Dan worked as an Executive Assistant for the VP of Entertainment & Corporate Ticketing at MGM Resorts International, where they maintained corporate ticketing blocks and assisted with various administrative tasks. Dan started their career as a VIP Marketing Specialist and Ticketing Specialist at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, where they organized VIP events, booked reservations, and assisted guests with ticket purchases. Before entering the hospitality industry, Dan worked as a Food Server at Outback Steakhouse, where they provided excellent customer service and became a trainer for new employees. Overall, they bring a wide range of skills and expertise in ticketing operations, event management, and customer service to their current role as Senior Director of Ticket Operations.
