Jose Hernandez

Jose Hernandez has extensive law enforcement experience, serving at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department since 1998 and currently holding the position of Police Lieutenant. Prior to this, Jose worked as a Police Sergeant in Recruiting. Jose's military background includes service as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in the Nevada Army National Guard from June 1996 to January 1998 and as a Corporal in the U.S. Marines from June 1992 to June 1996. Academically, Jose pursued a degree in Criminal Justice at the College of Southern Nevada, graduating in 2014, and is currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration at the University of Phoenix.
