Kendrick De La Pena is an accomplished web developer with expertise in enhancing web platforms and integrating APIs, currently serving at Las Vegas REALTORS® since September 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Programmer Analyst at FDM4 America, Inc. from June 2015 to June 2020, where contributions involved quality assurance for software solutions and custom modifications for multiple clients. Earlier experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Howard R. Hughes College of Engineering involved designing high-speed circuit boards. Kendrick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, with minors in Computer Science and Tech Commercialization, from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completed in 2014.

GLVAR represents professionals active in all phases of the real estate industry, including residential sales, property management, appraisal, development, auctions, and commercial sales. With over 60 years of service to its members GLVAR has become a leader in the preservation of private property rights and in issues that impact the real estate industry. GLVAR is one of five local associations in Nevada and the sixth largest local REALTOR® association in the United States. The term "REALTOR®" is a registered collective membership mark which identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and who subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. Not every real estate licensee can be called a REALTOR®. The association coverage area includes all of Clark County, the cities of Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Mesquite plus Lincoln, White Pines, and Southern Nye Counties.
