Lee McComas is an experienced professional currently serving as a Real Estate Broker-Salesperson at Las Vegas REALTORS® and as a Corporate Secretary at Kona Scenic Land, Inc. Since March 2019, Lee has engaged in real estate, while simultaneously holding the position of Military Intelligence Officer in the Nevada Army National Guard since August 2020, recently promoted to Brigade Intelligence Officer. Previous roles include Project Engineer at HMT Electric Inc. and Cupertino Electric, Inc., and various leadership positions in the United States Army Reserve and the U.S. Army, focusing on military intelligence and civil affairs. Lee holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Southern California, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno.

GLVAR represents professionals active in all phases of the real estate industry, including residential sales, property management, appraisal, development, auctions, and commercial sales. With over 60 years of service to its members GLVAR has become a leader in the preservation of private property rights and in issues that impact the real estate industry. GLVAR is one of five local associations in Nevada and the sixth largest local REALTOR® association in the United States. The term "REALTOR®" is a registered collective membership mark which identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and who subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. Not every real estate licensee can be called a REALTOR®. The association coverage area includes all of Clark County, the cities of Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Mesquite plus Lincoln, White Pines, and Southern Nye Counties.
