Melissa Bolda is a seasoned Licensed Real Estate Agent with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Since May 2020, Melissa has been with Huntington & Ellis and has maintained license status with OCAR (California) and GLVAR (Nevada) since May 2004, alongside being a Licensed Real Estate Broker with the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® since January 2004. Previous roles include Account Executive at Chicago Title from September 2018 to February 2020 and Business Development Manager at Benchmark Mortgage in 2017. Additionally, Melissa served as Business Development Executive at Escrow Leaders Inc. from July 2010 to February 2017, focusing on fostering strong relationships with agents and lenders. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, completed in 2002.

GLVAR represents professionals active in all phases of the real estate industry, including residential sales, property management, appraisal, development, auctions, and commercial sales. With over 60 years of service to its members GLVAR has become a leader in the preservation of private property rights and in issues that impact the real estate industry. GLVAR is one of five local associations in Nevada and the sixth largest local REALTOR® association in the United States. The term "REALTOR®" is a registered collective membership mark which identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and who subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. Not every real estate licensee can be called a REALTOR®. The association coverage area includes all of Clark County, the cities of Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Mesquite plus Lincoln, White Pines, and Southern Nye Counties.
